ScholarshipsThe Columbus Landscape Association (CLA) is now accepting applications for its annual scholarship. Up to two (2) $1,000.00 scholarships are awarded to individuals who are pursuing a degree in the green industry. You must be a student at either The Ohio State University or Columbus State Community College. Students applying for the scholarship are encouraged, but not required, to attend a CLA meeting. CLA meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month. Click on the "News & Events" tab for information on upcoming member meetings. November is "Meet the Industry Night" and is a great way to network with local businesses and potential employers. The scholarship recipient receives a complimentary CLA student membership for one year. The scholarship winners will be introduced to the membership at the January meeting. Applications are due Friday December 3, 2010. The winners will be notified by late December. For more details on qualification criteria and an application, click on scholarship application.
